Given the context from Balance of Power I tend to believe the actual name/number of this ship was 113-A. A number of imperial Corvettes appear throughout the campaign. They are named with 3-digit numbers indicating their flight group, followed by a dash and another number or letter indicating their position within the group. Examples are the Corvette groups 688, 124 and 337 seen at Almaren (where individual ships were named 688 - 1, 688 - 2, etc.) and the Corvette group 327 seen during their attack in the Mobetta system (327 - A, 327 - B, 327 - C); in the latter case, 327 - A was actually a modified (Assassin-) Corvette while - B and - C were regular Corellian Corvettes. Unless Corvette group 113 consisted of 8 ships (which is unlikely, given that no other corvette is seen in the fleet) it is more likely that the designation of the destroyed ship was 113 - A.
