Capital ControversyEdit

Cracken's Rebel Operatives identifies Uhur'qah as the capital city of Af'El, and HQ for Defel spy Thar'quan (as of 0 ABY). Apparently Dark Force Rising and Planet of Twilight identify the capital as Qua'Tahc (as of 9 ABY and 13 ABY). Two names for the same city? A change of capital during the time?
