Is this canon?Edit

What references are there in canon to an "Alliance Army"? The Rebellion contains no organization called by that name.

There are two seperate Alliance commands including ground troops: Alliance High Command Special Forces, "SpecForce", and the collective Sector Forces, or "SecForce". Organizationally, these two commands are as seperate from each other as Starfighter Command, the Fleet, and Alliance Intelligence, and SecForce is an organizing concept for the hundreds of independent local armies operated by the regimes and revolutionary movements affiliated to the Alliance.

I'm unclear what, if anything, this page adds to the individual SpecForce and SecForce articles. --McEwok 16:56, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
