I didn't complete this article by any stretch of the imagination, but I filled in what I could remember off-hand, supplemented by ship names from other Wookieepedia articles. In particular, the failure to even mention Drea Renthal was a huge oversight that I fixed. 71.236.33.191 11:05, 25 March 2006 (UTC)

  • Thanks! —Silly Dan (talk) 02:46, 20 April 2006 (UTC)
    • I think I've now covered everything of significance about this battle. Red XIV 10:30, 29 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Second battle

Should the battle in "A Hunter's Fate: Greedo's Tale" be at "Second Battle of Nar Shaddaa", or should it be at "Battle of Nar Shaddaa (Galactic Civil War)"? —Silly Dan (talk) 02:46, 20 April 2006 (UTC)

  • I'd go with "Battle of Nar Shaddaa (Galactic Civil War)". This battle was self-contained, not really part of the Galactic Civil War, so they're different conflicts. Red XIV 10:30, 29 April 2006 (UTC)

New here, so sorry if I am not following format. But look at the casualities box, it has a bunch of weird stuff in it like "Too Late". Thought I'd bring that up...Guardbug 23:13, 9 November 2006 (UTC)Guardbug

Oh, sorry. Guardbug 01:55, 12 November 2006 (UTC)Guardbug

[edit] Image

I propose switching the location of the two images in this article, so that those annoying comic book text boxes are not in the main picture. While the other image is black and white, it is still of great quality. I figured I should bring this up for discussion instead of switching it myself due to some recent arguments over similar changes. Thanks! --Xwing328(Talk) 20:39, 5 November 2006 (UTC)

Comments

  • I agree... the blanked out text boxes look annoying as the main image. Even though it's black-and-white, the other image looks better too. Jorrel Fraajic 00:53, 6 November 2006 (UTC)
  • OK, I went ahead and swapped them. If we happen to get objections, they can always be changed back. Thank you for the input. --Xwing328(Talk) 04:35, 6 November 2006 (UTC)
  • That looks great, especially at that size. Now to see if you can fix it on the Main Page.Jorrel Fraajic 20:29, 6 November 2006 (UTC)
  • It might even be wise to crop the comic image at the bottom of the text balloons. There'd still be enough in the image to show the scope, scale, and location of the battle. jSarek 20:54, 6 November 2006 (UTC)
  • I see someone has cropped it. Looks good, but still not as good as the B&W one. Jorrel Fraajic 19:53, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
    • OK, I swapped the image on the main page too. I'm sure we'll see what more people think now. --Xwing328(Talk) 20:53, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
    • I must say, opening the Main Page now looks a lot better than when it started. Good call on changing. Jorrel Fraajic 21:05, 7 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Fighter Complement

Is there any mention in the novel why the Empire has only 44 TIE Fighters at the battle? The full complement for 3 Dreadnaughts (1 squadron each) and 2 Carrack Cruisers (5 fighters each) would be 46...are some of the squadrons short, or perhaps the Carrack Cruisers only carrying 4 each? Not a significant issue, but if the novel explains it it might be worth a mention. Jenosidanian 18:18, 13 October 2008 (UTC)
