"a brigade of dark troopers that survived the Galactic Civil War that served the New Republic" - where's this from? I'm pretty sure they were just normal Imperial stormtroopers, albeit in improved armour. --McEwok 17:48, 10 June 2006 (UTC)

• Believe me, they are dark troopers. They look exactly alike. They even have the same jetpacks! User:Bly1993/sig
  • I've been able to discuss this briefly with Nathan P. Butler himself (thanks!) and he's confirmed that they're meant to be stormtroopers, and they're Imperial troops. However, he doesn't rule out the possibility that their armour upgrades may make use of darktrooper technology, so if you can show specific similarities between the two types of armour, something to that effect can be added to the Darktrooper page! --McEwok 23:50, 10 June 2006 (UTC)
