Ship Modifications Edit

This does raise an interesting point, when does a modified ship cease being of the class it originally was before it was modified? Are ship classes based solely on a ship's frame/skeleton? Its engine(s)?Tocneppil 18:37, 13 June 2006 (UTC)

The Baudo Yacht 'class' of ships are made by an aqualish (Mendel Baudo). "His company produces every ship he makes on a custom-order basis...". This would imply that each and every ship he makes is unique, giving some leeway to the major difference in appearance of the pulsar skate. The more organic picture shown may be just a more popular, or default, design.
