Talk:Ben Burtt
From Wookieepedia, the Star Wars wiki.
Why is this article in the past tense while the George Lucas article in the present (i'm specifically talking about the first sentance, that he WAS the sound designer as opposed to is, to make a comparison: WAS Stanley Kubrick or IS Stanley Kubrick the director of A Clockwork Orange?)? --Falmarin 20:10, 23 Dec 2005 (UTC)
- The article is not in the past tense. The first tense is properly conjugated because when the film was made, Burtt was the sound designer; he does not continue in that role. If you wanted to make it present tense, you could change it to read "Ben Burtt is a sound designer. He designed the sound effects for Star Wars." Or something along those lines. --SparqMan 21:50, 23 Dec 2005 (UTC)

This is him in ROTJ (he says it in the commentary) I think it should be added to the article
