"Note: The scene with Biggs and Luke (as well as Camie and Fixer) on Tatooine was not cut from the 1977 release, though this is what the official databank at starwars.com would have you believe. This scene was shown only in the original theatrical version of the movie, and was cut when the film was released on VHS. "

Actually, that scene never was shown in the original theatric release. The reason for this is because the actress that played the role of Camie (Fixer's girlfriend) at Tosche Station was found to have starred in a few porn films previously, and Lucas made the decision to axe the scene. -Added by David S. Deak and Windy are in the back area playing a game that resembles pool or air-hockey or something, <-- I think that needs some editing.
Question: I seem to remember Luke meeting Biggs in the x-wing hangar prior to the attack on the Death Star. Is this correct? Was that scene first cut in the 1978 re-release and later restored in the special edition? —Unsigned comment by 71.114.47.73 (talk • contribs).
- That's correct. Cut in the original verison and partially added back later. Red leader mentioned Luke's father but that is still left out. -Fnlayson 22:24, 25 March 2007 (UTC)

I added a couple sentences on Biggs's missions to get the X-wings and R2 units from Empire: Darklighter. I placed that before the Death Star schematics paragraph. I don't have a source that describes that. The order could be switched though. Does anybody know the proper order? -Fnlayson 22:08, 25 February 2007 (UTC)

Has anyone thought of the possibility of a force connection with Biggs, it would seem based on the Empire series of comics, that it is possible, I have no way of contacting anyone that could confirm or deny this but I'd be interested if that was the effect being looked for. [edit] What to do with the BTS
- I've updated the article with all information from Essential Guide to Characters, Galaxy Guide 3, A New Hope, and X-wing: Rogue Squadron, and sourced most everything. There still needs some sourcing work done on some information, presumably from the Empire comics, which I have no knowledge of. As for the BTS section, I think I've included all the information from the deleted scenes into his Bio that needs to be there. Anything else, I feel, would just be including small, pointless facts that would just be giving a play-by-play of the entire Anchorhead scene. No need for that. That being said, I think the Deleted Scene section needs to stay in some capacity. If not, the pictures need to be re-worked into the article some place.Toprawa and Ralltiir 21:12, 27 October 2007 (UTC)

- No, really think about it:
- 1.In X-Wing the plans which were carried by the pilot, are later transferred to Tantive IV via shuttle Maria.
- 2.After acquiring the plans Tantive IV was ambushed above Tatooine, Luke saw the battle and went to Anchorhead where he met Biggs, who told him that he intend to join the Rebellion' (That was cut from a New Hope, but later established in Darklighter: Blaze of Glory )
