Near-Human?
Edit
how are these near human if they can be mistaken for trandoshans —Unsigned comment by Ralok Agum (talk • contribs).
- I don't know, but this says "Boltrunians are a near-Human species." What I want to know is, who mistook them for Trandoshans? They really don't look much like them. —Silly Dan (talk) 22:15, 22 July 2006 (UTC)
- Sounds like fanon. I've never heard of them being mistaken for Trandoshans before.Darth Ceratis 01:16, 29 September 2006 (UTC)
Inconsistent appearance
Edit

OK lets be reasonable here. Do these two images look like the same species? In which sources do they actually call these images "Boltrunian"? I suspect we are linking images to names that do not apply. -- Frank V Bonura 16:52, November 30, 2009 (UTC)
- Does Bentilais san Sk'ar look like a Kaleesh like Grievous? Not really, but he is. I read in The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia that both these guys are Boltrunians. Look at Warto's page and see the source in which he is referred to as such. Zakor1138 18:09, November 30, 2009 (UTC)
- If it's the oldest source to mention this race, The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia is just trying to smooth over big potholes, by my suspicion. Maw has only holes for ears yet Warto has huge elf-like ears. Maw has a wrinkled head, Warto has a smooth head with a sagittal ridge. If The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia says they are the same race then its a later ruling and these two races were never originally intended to be the same. The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia was written over 10 (Maw) to 30 (Warto) years after the fact and is just drawing parallels where there are none. Are there really no older sources to use the word "Boltrunian"??? -- Frank V Bonura 13:59, December 1, 2009 (UTC)
- Have you heard of a retcon? Look it up. Zakor1138 03:35, December 2, 2009 (UTC)
- Plus, official canon trumps fan suspicion. Zakor1138
- And with stupid, pointless retcons like these the offical canon will continue to suck. 205.250.96.63 23:54, June 13, 2010 (UTC)

Lifespan
Edit
An edit by JustinGann on August 2005 says that "Boltrunians could live to be over 700 years old." Can anyone source that assertion? Skippy Farlstendoiro 08:03, May 26, 2010 (UTC)
