Star Wars: Purge
Edit
Hmm. There's some dispute, even within LucasFilm, as to the identity of the commander in Purge: See here. Dan Wallace says the timing of Purge and Dark Lord hasn't yet been worked out, so it could either be Appo or Bow, regardless of the fact that Bow files the report on the Purge mission - Kwenn 10:40, 10 April 2006 (UTC)

Fact Update
Edit
Ok, looking over Appo's page and right now he's the commander listed as being in Purge. I was also looking over my copy of Dark Times: The Path to Nowhere, which runs parallel to the novel Dark Lord: Rise of Darth Vader. Palpatine asks Vader "Are the lessons of Kessel so soon forgotten apprentice?", placing Dark Times after Purge. And later in Dark Times, Commander Vill joins up with Commander Appo on their way to Murkhana. So therefore, it's clear that Appo was still alive during the time of Purge and that is him on Kessel, not Bow. Bow just did all the paperwork and took over after Appo died on Kashyyyk (ie: the end of the Dark Lord novel). Plus, as it says on Appo's page, his figure identifies him as being the commander from Purge too. I'd just change the article accordingly, but I don't know if leaving his Appearances blank or just removing it altogether is ok.--Bella'Mia 07:07, November 22, 2009 (UTC)
