• It apparently is a joke, much like this search icon (see its talk page for explanation). Also, according to this article's edit history, it appears there have been multiple attempts to remove it that get reverted, so I guess it's there to stay. Shimrra picture Edit

I don't think the picture of Shimrra belongs in the article. It has very little relevance to the character in question. At best it could describe the war and how Omas rose up to the challenge of leading the New Republic and Galactic Alliance, but saying that Shimrra is the Vong equivalent of Omas is like saying Roosevelt was the American counterpart of Emperor Hirohito during WWII - Lalala la 04:11, 8 September 2007 (UTC)

Details of Cals Election during the NR Edit

I would like to know where you got the information concerning Omas becoming the leader of the people of Alderaan after Leia became Chief of State. According to your sources it is mentioned in Vector Prime but I do not know where you find it – I read his only appearence in the book and nothing is mentioned ... so, where does it stand?
