I'd considered adding the following as a Behind the scenes section:

The ch'hala tree was described in the Living Force Campaign Guide as a purple-green plant found in the Cularin system. Kaluthin was a purple-green plant found in the Cularin system that was created by Darth Rivan. The Tarasin said that the ch'hala tree was not native to Cularin, at a time when Darth Rivan and the Jedi who chased him off (but they didn't stick around) were the only previous known visitors to the Cularin system. It is possible that Rivan might have created the ch'hala tree.
