Star Wars Journeys: Beginnings gives Clone Commander CC-2224's weight as 80 kilograms. Similar to the standard clone height of 1.83 meters, are we able to assume all standard clones weigh this much? - AV-6R7Crew Pit 04:50, August 28, 2015 (UTC)
- Weight is much more variable than height, so it's not reasonable to assume that all clone troopers have the same weight. (Also, the Databank for clone troopers explicitly lists their height as 1.83 meters, so that's a fact, not an assumption.) CC7567 (talk) 20:23, August 28, 2015 (UTC)
needs an update
It is not stated yet in the article that there were still clones serving after a new hope at the age of 40.
- I added information about how TX-828 was among the last Fett clones who still served in the stormtrooper ranks by the time of the Original Trilogy. Imperial clone troopers
What is the source for the name Imperial clone trooper? According to the Stormtrooper databank entry, the clone troopers became known as stormtroopers after the declaration of the Galactic Empire. JRT2010 (talk)
StormTroopers are not clone and I got proof of this thing from The Canon Show Star Wars Rebels were Kalus said the clone have been Decommissioned and that was 5 years before ANH--Dogsteeves (talk) 21:18, December 16, 2015 (UTC)
- Prior to being decommissioned in favor of volunteers, the clone troopers served as stormtroopers after the declaration of the Galactic Empire. You see, there's a source of canonical information called the "Databank" on StarWars.com. Its "Stormtrooper" page clearly states that the clones filled the stormtrooper ranks until, over time, the Empire replaced them with recruits. Anyway, this doesn't answer my question. I asked if anyone could verify the name Imperial clone trooper. Unless someone can cite a source that specifically refers to the clones as such, then the name should be removed from the article as unverified information. Stormtrooper were not Clone Troopers it says so on STAR WARS REBELS Season 2 EPISODE 3 The Lost Commanders when an Imperial commander mention it to Kallus

- Hello there. What you must understand is that we're talking about distinct eras here. The Empire started at the end of Episode III, at the end of the Clone Wars. Consequently, when the Grand Army of the Republic became the Imperial Army, the vast majority of its soldiers were clones. Which means that the earliest stormtroopers were indeed clones. However, by the time of Rebels, most—if not all—clones had been decommissionned and replaced by recruits. (Also, please avoid writing in all caps.
