[edit] Mid Rim?

Where does this come from? Open Seasons explicitly places it in the Outer Rim. Kuralyov 02:05, 20 July 2006 (UTC)

  • I agree, it should be Outer Rim, specially since the probability of the map being wrong is greater than the comic, since the map had to deal with a whole lot of planets, it was bound to have an error somewhere.--Andrettin 23:19, 11 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] name

what kind of name is this for a planet? Does it have some significance? MoffRebus 00:00, 26 January 2007 (UTC)

  • I'm pretty sure the name of this planet is giving props to a New Zealand Drum n Bass group of the same name. This is not confirmed, of course, just an assumption. Since I am not from New Zealand, I may not be privy to information signifying the significance if the "Concord Dawn" phrase to native New Zealanders. Some info on the Dnb group: Concord Dawn. --ForceWound 17:55, 30 November 2007 (UTC)
    • Now that's interesting. The Wikipedia page for that band says it has been active since 1999, which was a few years after the planet was introduced into the EU in TotBH. So the most likely explanation is that the band was named for the planet, or that both were named after a common origin (less likely since I've never heard it used in any other context).--Valin Kenobi 22:58, 2 November 2007 (UTC)

woah weird man its like one of those mega coincidences a planet named concord dawn that has people with nw zealand accents and like a real concord dawn from new zealand or maybe its not a coincidence at all
