Are Firespeeder Pilots clones? Edit

I was pondering over this since I am a big fan of the clones. I clearly remember seeing them in the hangar of Obi-Wan's Republic assault ship. Of course them being there with a clone battalion dosn't make them clones, but it seems strange that a Firespeeder Pilot would be there as a mechanic. I also noticed the Firespeeder pilot that helped put out Invisible Hand did not sound like a clone.
