How could they be Moffs at 19 ABY? The Council of Moffs at that time consists of Pellaeon + 8, and we have the names of all those 8. Thanos6 00:23, 27 October 2006 (UTC)

What issue did that take place in? I wasn't aware that the Moff Council even thought about that, since in the bulk of Legacy they were being ruled by the Sith.
