Five Master Consulars? Edit

Where exactly does it say that the members of this council are master consulars? From what I see, certainly during the Prequel Era, It contains mostly Guardians. Rancisis, Windu, Tiin, Mundi, all guardians. It's a bit misleading to have it on the article when it doesn't really reflect reality JimminyTi 23:08, February 16, 2011 (UTC)
