Droid "love"? Edit

Is it worth mentioning that, due to the long time required to create such a relationship between two droids, that the droids tend to develop a meaningful bond that is the droid equivalent of "love"?

I mean, when R2 is hit during the run on the first death star, C-3P0 is willing to donate his droid "organs" in order to see him repaired. To me that says "love" on some level, though obviously a non-romantic, non-sexual love.
