Near-Human?
Edit
There's a Coynite character mentioned in "Uhl Eharl Khoehng" named Arecelis Acosta who is said to be half Human. If taken literally, this would make Coynites Near-Humans, but it might be a metaphor. Anyone else think it's meant literally, or might it be metaphorical? —Silly Dan (talk) 20:08, 9 December 2006 (UTC)
- It is DEFINITELY literal. Fable asks her 1st mate, "Did you know he was half human?" That indicates ancestry.JustinGann 18:38, 10 September 2007 (UTC)
- So does this mean the entire race is near human or just Arecelis Acosta? My reading of Planets of the Galaxy, Volume Three seems to indicate the Coynites are their own race. -- Frank V Bonura 13:25, 21 July 2009 (UTC)
- If one member of the species is Near-Human, I would assume the rest of the species is as well. —Silly Dan (talk) 01:04, 22 July 2009 (UTC)
- Waitaminnit, Acosta having one Human parent and one Coynite parent does not make the entire Coynite race Near-Human. Near-Human and half-Human are entirely different things. We should change the article back. ~ SavageBob 04:57, 22 July 2009 (UTC)

Coynite language
Edit
I think the Coynite language deserves its own page. We have a separate page for Cheunh, and we only know five Cheunh words or something like this. --Kneazlegirl 12:23, 7 May 2008 (UTC)
- Sure, sounds like a good idea, we already have lots of words on the page so all we need to do is make a new page and transfer the words across. RC-1136 12:26, 7 May 2008 (UTC)
