Star Wars Battlefront?
Edit
Are these the same model of Droid that are used as certain units' Recon Droid ability in the Battlefront games? —Unsigned comment by RogueJedi86 (talk • contribs).
- They were probably intended to, but we'd need a good picture to confirm it. Fleet Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision) (Data file)

- Alright. I can attempt to get a screenshot if it's possibly. At least to confirm they're the same type, and possibly add it to the entry.--RogueJedi86 00:22, 18 August 2006 (UTC)
- If you can get a screenshot, even a blurry one, it would be helpful. Fleet Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision) (Data file)

Sith

Is this droid speaking Sithese in the film? .... 11:56, 16 October 2006 (UTC)
- I think it's just a form of Binary. Grand Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision)

- Maybe. I'll check with Chee. .... 03:44, 22 October 2006 (UTC)
- Actually, I think it is Binary. I believe it says the same thing an ASP droid said in A New Hope. Grand Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision)
14:31, 22 October 2006 (UTC)
- ...no, they say completely different things. What's the ASP gonna be saying then "The Jedi is leaving Mos Espa?" .... 23:31, 22 October 2006 (UTC)
- If that DRK-1 is speaking Binary, it can only say "Yes" or "No", so if Maul asked "Are the Jedi there?", the DRK-1 could have replied "Yes". Grand Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision)

- Didn't the ASP droid in ANH say "stupid!"? Always sounded that to me. Certainly not the standard "negative!" or "affirmative!". And the probe droid in TPM appeared to be giving coordinates, because I think its line ends with "...one-three". VT-16 14:57, 23 October 2006 (UTC)
- That could be... Still, all droids do speak Binary. Grand Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision)

- Sure they do, but they can speak other stuff too. Hey, you might be right, but I'm still going to check with Chee. .... 22:44, 23 October 2006 (UTC)
- I never objected. Grand Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision)

- In Episode I, When Qui-Gon Jinn and Anakin Skywalker left Mos Eisley, one of the DRK-1 droids flied to Maul, and it can be clearly heard that it said to Maul, "The boy get to leave." (There seems to be a grammatical error in this line, I just record it from the movie, leaving that unchanged.) It seems to imply that this droid can speak the Basic. In addition, curious enough, it is stated in the "Palpatine" entry in Wookieepedia that Maul came to Tatooine without knowing about Anakin Skywalker, then what does the droid's line mean?

- Just to let you know, I removed that quote from the article because it really isn't necessary. As you said, there's a grammatical error in it, so it wouldn't do much to the article anyway. ;) —Grand Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision)

Mechu Deru
Edit
Why is there no mention of Mechu Deru in the article? It's what makes these flying things so special..--Sauron18 00:43, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
- What does it do, exactly? Grand Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision)

Height

Gender
Edit
The "Gender: Masculine Programming" bit in the infobox seems to have been deleted without explanation. I'm assuming that this is vandalism or something, but I'm hesitant to revert it (I mean, I personally haven't run across any mention of the gender identity of a DRK-1). If someone else has better information (like the New Essential Guide, which I don't own) that makes it clear that Dark Eyes either do or do not have masculine programming, could that be added (or re-added, if it really IS male)? Thank you. I'd do it myself but, as I mentioned, I don't have the requisite books, and Databank has nothing either way. AnneA 21:02, December 1, 2009 (UTC)
