Should all of Ventress' appearances be listed here, or should we only list the ones before she leaves Dooku or becomes a bounty hunter? To my knowledge, she hasn't really been seen using the dark side much if it all after Dooku's betrayl, so would she still be classified as a Dark Jedi later on? Cevan (talk) 19:24, July 2, 2015 (UTC)
- I don't think we have enough information to answer this question right now. - Brandon Rhea(talk) 22:02, July 2, 2015 (UTC)
Is the definition of 'Dark Jedi' -as any non Sith darksider, based entirely on the description of Ventress in that Insider magazine cited?
Because Ventress is a Dark Jedi, as in she was training as a Jedi and so using that instance to conclude that all non Sith darksiders are Dark Jedi is incorrect. -LENZ
- Good question! The wording doesn't say all non-Sith dark siders are Dark Jedi, just that Dark Jedi were a type of person who used the dark side without being a Sith. It's a tricky distinction but a distinction that's made nonetheless based on what little we know of the concept of Dark Jedi. - Brandon Rhea(talk) 20:50, May 25, 2016 (UTC)
- One of the implications of wording it this way while also excluding that the given example (Ventress) was in fact being trained as a Jedi prior to her 'fall', is that people are concluding that 'Dark Jedi' refers to all non Sith Darksiders -I have seen it in Youtube vids and especially in the comments (where this article is being cited as evidence for that position). -LENZ
