  • Added some information from Triple Zero regarding the in-universe origin of Darman's name.

Quiet Mandalorian 20:48, 5 March 2006

  • Really? Thought it was a regulation around here or something. Anyway, thanks for pointing that out.

How do we know that's Darman? --Imp 22:30, 16 December 2006 (UTC)

Behind the Scenes suggestion[]

In the Rc game's first mission after you kill the genosion gy and re-unite with Sev, Advisor says that "36's squad was supposed to destroy a manufacturing facility." Does 36 possibly refer to Darman s his designation number is RC-1136. It is also another possibilty seeing as how the opening to Hard Contact involves both Delta Squad and Darman's forer squad. Just an Idea I'm throwin out there. Darth Scath 07:47, 1 June 2007 (UTC)Darth Scath

  • That does seem to mean Darman. However, this wouldn't be the right article to put the "Behind the scenes" section in. —Grand Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision) Imperial Emblem 11:34, 1 June 2007 (UTC)
    • Tt could be RC-36, RC-1236, RC-1336... DAWUSS 18:41, 8 August 2008 (UTC)
Yes,they mean Darman's squad. It says at the beginning of Hard Contact that Theta Squad tried and failed to do so.-User:Sir Scizor1

That is NOT the correct image![]

I don't care who thinks I'm wrong but that is not the correct image! If you look closely you can see that it is the action figure of Scorch painted black! I've seen this picture before on the internet and it says that it is a Scorch action figure painted black! Please remove! General Mannino 20:39, 29 January 2008 (UTC)

  • How do you know that couldn't be someone's action figure collection that they repainted, also a black armored Jango Fett, please, those action figures are clearly repainted normal ones. General Mannino 20:55, 29 January 2008 (UTC)
    • It is indeed the same mold as Scorch. However, Hasbro used the same molds from their Delta Squad figure pack to make the Omega Squad figures. It was more cost effective for them. Same thing with the Republic Commando that's in the new comic book two-packs that are for sale. It's just a repaint of one of the Delta Squad figure sculpts. So, they're definitely repainted figures, but not fan made. I think the fan made ones look a little bit better, actually. The names are not actually listed on the box of figures. It just says Omega Squad, and lists the positions (i.e. sergeant, demolitions, sniper..etc). Since this is the figure listed as the demolitions commando and Darman was Omega Squads demo guy, I believe that's why this picture was used. As for the black armored Jango Fett, that's none other than B'arin Apma, whose article you can see on the hyperlink provided. The majority of his parts were from the Jango Fett molds, but others are brand new molds. I think they list the different mold parts on the article. Hope this helps. • Thanks for explaining it to me Sadriel Fett. I understand now. General Mannino 23:06, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
  • It would help if we had something other than a toy for a lead picture... DAWUSS 23:40, 21 April 2008 (UTC)

I know....But there aren't any pics that we can confirm are him....--User:Sir Scizor1

Order 66[]

  • Does anyone think that Darman or the rest of Omega Squad will follow Order 66? I don't think they will especially Dar finds out that he's a father. But I'm not sure about Corr, he might try to follow orders but i doubt he will.

Drgns007Sith Lord April 10, 2008 2:58 P.M. EST

Corr will follow Order 66. Even though Skirata thinks he has what it takes to be a Commando, Corr is still just a standard clone, created to be less independent, more docile, and 100 percent obedient to the Galactic Republic. So far, none of the regular clones have resisted Order 66, so I seriously doubt that Corr will be the exception.

Um whoever wrote this above me must have been high he desserted the GAR at the end of Order 66 with the nulls,Kall,Atin, and Yayax squad and a clone commander whos name escapes me.--DarmanRC1136 19:10, 12 July 2009 (UTC)

Nope,he was on Coruscant for a few days....--User:Sir Scizor1

RE:order 66[]

Personally, no they're not that type.Mando fan 21:31, 26 May 2008 (UTC)

Is it true that Karin is supposed to release an afterword's in regards to the fate of Clan Skirata and Darman? I haven't found anything that would hint at this being true, but having just read Order 66 I think a lot of people were left hanging and so an afterword's based novel might be in order. - Redhorizon75, 24 Feb 2009

NEED NEW PICTURE!!![]

If we cannot get a better picture of darman then this, we should not be considered a good starwars scource. COMEON! ITS A TOY, PEOPLE!!! There has got to be a better pic. we could use the cover of triple zero...cover of hard contact... maybe the cover of order 66, now that that's out... comeon people. we can do way better than a toy (and I think its scorch, because I dont recall darman wearing that kind of backpack, and I'm a big republic commando fan.) 74.186.151.239 23:57, 20 October 2008 (UTC).

  • Well, no one knows who's who's on the hard contact cover, triple zero is clearly delta squad, true colors the same applies as to hard contact, as for the cover of order: 66, to be honest we're better of with the toy, and the same applies as to true colors. The toy is simply a scorch figure painted black by "Toys 'R Us" (Canon nonetheless) . However it is the best picture we are going to get of him, for now. — RC-1136 Hate Mail Here 09:13, 19 November 2008 (UTC)

I agree with RC-1136. Better to have at least one picture we know is him then none. R3 T3 14:13, September 7, 2009 (UTC)

Just a thought...should we use a cropped picture from the ERC, or keep the toy's image?--ARC Commander Colt (talk) 23:11, November 10, 2013 (UTC)

Spoilers[]

Damn it put spoiler alerts over this page. Just found out info I didnt want to know about Order 66 novel.

That was annoying.

Mechu89.242.127.219 17:30, 22 January 2009 (UTC)

Sorry, however it should be noted that spoiler warnings are removed after a length of time. And order 66 has been since September 2008 — RC-1136 Hate Mail Here 18:59, 22 January 2009 (UTC)

so did Darman's kid die as I lost the one book? I'm a noob damn it the original trilogy never sat high on my list abut the prequel as well as the republic commando series and game got me into itDerekproxy 01:25, 17 April 2009 (UTC)

Name[]

Might I wonder why isn't this page at Darman Skirata? Kal formally adopted him at the end of True Colors, just as with Ordo and Fi Skirata, who are now at their most recent names. MauserComlink 17:44, 12 July 2009 (UTC)

  • Agreed. I recommend this article be moved to Darman Skirata on that grounds that nearly all other articles covering the clones adopted by Kal Skirata are titled with their names, not their numbers. Moon Demon 18:56, January 11, 2010 (UTC)
    • In case you haven't noticed, it was moved 6 months ago. MauserComlink 18:59, January 11, 2010 (UTC)
      • My bad. I only noticed the Clan Skirata article's code had him linked by his number. I'll go correct that now. Moon Demon 19:02, January 11, 2010 (UTC)

Who else thinks that Darman is or maybe Force-sensitive?[]

  • I have not read all of the Republic Commando novels, but I am working on it. I have read Republic Commando: Hard Contact, Republic Commando: Triple Zero, and Imperial Commando: 501st and it is my conclusion that Darman Skirata may be Force-sensitive from the way he would react to certain situations as if he had Force Sense. The Force does work in crazy way. If you can have a Kaminoan Jedi then you certainly can have a Force-sensitive clone.Crumb 17:48, January 14, 2010 (UTC)
  • He is NOT force-sensitive. None of the Clones are, none of them ever will be, and the closest thing to a Clone being force-sensitive is Darman's son. VhettSkirata Mando'ade 17:51, January 17, 2010 (UTC)
  • The only Force-sensitive clones in the Star Wars universe were clones from Force-sensitive individuals or their genetic material had otherwise mutated in some fashion such as Dorsk 81. Moon Demon 21:27, January 17, 2010 (UTC)
