Can anyone remember where this guy was?[]

I'm pretty sure this isn't an actual character, but I can't find any mention of him/her either, anywhere. I just spent 30-60 minutes just going around Taris in KOTOR and found nobody who ever mentioned an actual person. I think I found one or two who told me of "Davik's agents", which would be a completely different thing. Anyone find anything? LoLuX12 (talk) 08:19, April 11, 2016 (UTC)
