He did not have the Launch codes. Why would he leave and get vaporized by turrents? —Unsigned comment by 72.229.195.224 (talk • contribs).

Actually, Davik never talked about leaving the planet. He just said something along the lines of getting "somewhere safe before the bombs they're dropping kill us all!" My theory is he just wanted to fly really low to the other side of the planet, to some corner of Taris not covered by city, where he could lie low for a bit. 98.27.48.230 22:18, 21 August 2008 (UTC)
