Talk:Demetrius Zaarin

Edit
The new Joe Corroney image is good. Is there any need for the second image? It has no particular importance. --SparqMan 19:06, 29 January 2006 (UTC)
- What? That picture is just ugly. I prefer the original one from TIE fighter a thousand times more - it makes Zaarin look way more serious than that comic picture. Corroney may be a good artist, but that one is definitively one of his worst creations ever, since it totally fails to catch the right mimics. The picture makes Zaarin look like some half-senile grandfather. As for me, I'd just delete the comic picture and put the digital one back to top. --Tulon 05:00, 1 Feb 2006 (UTC)
- I agree with the statement above, Zaarin is the creation of Lucasarts in the TIE Fighter game, thus that image should be shown. Lucasarts portrays Zaarin as what should be expected, a charismatic, moving leader who is strong, not the weak, old-looking Zaarin as in the main picture
- Uh, I agreed with SparqMan. This current main image is fine. Plus, it fits in with all of the other Grand Admiral articles. Admiral J. Nebulax (talk) 12:03, 11 March 2006 (UTC)
- Nope, that image is horrible. Lenzar 13:07, 15 June 2007 (UTC)
Rank
Edit
What source reports Zaarin as a Grand Admiral? TIE Fighter never refers to him as such and the earlier cutscenes (before he goes rogue) show him in a normal Admiral's uniform. Lenzar 13:08, 15 June 2007 (UTC)

Treachery
Edit
Why did Zaarin try to capture Palpatine instead of just blowing up the ship? For that matter, why not plant a bomb on the shuttle and press the button once it became clear that capture was impossible?
