Where in GG2?Edit

I combed Galaxy Guide 2 as best I could and found no reference to this. I tagged it as fanon because the user who created the article had created something else that was definitely fanon (or at least mis-sourced). Can anyone confirm that this appears in Galaxy Guide 2?
