Okay, I was looking up the term "frocked" and found it to basically mean this:

Frocking is a U.S. term for a military officer or non-commissioned officer wearing insignia of a higher grade before promotion. An officer or NCO who has been selected for promotion may be authorized to "frock" to the next grade. In the U.S. Army generals may send a memo to the Army Human Resources Command requesting the authority to frock soldiers under their command.

So, when Doda was "known to 'frock' Jawas and steal ronto steaks" (according to the card), then he's prolly dressing up as a Jawa. He supposedly did this when he was a kid, so he'd be short enough to pass for a Jawa. Don the robes, act like you're a part of the tribe, grab some ronto steaks and you've just "frocked" some Jawas. Without knowing the definition of "frocking," it sounded rather... dirty. Trak Nar 02:23, 19 April 2008 (UTC)
