Talk:Dog

From Wookieepedia, the Star Wars wiki.

This comment is irrelevant and not really important, but how the heck does something get run over by a speeder? --Sauron18 23:17, 26 July 2006 (UTC)

  • If it's a low-flying speeder and a large dog, it could happen....8) —Silly Dan (talk) 23:29, 26 July 2006 (UTC)

That is true. Luke's speeder from "A New Hope" could run over a dog!Unsigned comment by 24.218.147.144 (talk • contribs).

[edit] Codru Ji

Jassar was a Codru Ji. The juvenile form resembles a dog, but is not one; its just a stage in their development. (Sorry)--Jeffbacca 16:23, 22 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Breeds

What are known breeds of dogs that appear in, or appear like in, the Star Wars featured and expanded universe? --DanMat6288 16:32, 30 November 2008 (UTC)

  • If you check the "Appearances" section, you'll see that we don't have any sources where dogs are described in enough detail to assign a breed. Starfighter: Crossbones has a picture of a dog, which we're using for the infobox. I don't know what breed you'd say that dog is - some sort of green-furred terrier/sheepdog mix? 8) —Silly Dan (talk) 16:45, 30 November 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Just curious...

This topic is not manditorily subject to immediate response, but if someone feels like it... could they tell where where is Star Wars II "dog" is used? Thanks!

  • When C-3PO is crossed with a battle droid, he uses the term as an insultJustinGann 01:39, 2 December 2008 (UTC)
  • Oh, okay great. Thanks! Kgrimes2 02:05, 2 December 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Link to Ambiguously Canon article?

I feel that the link from this article to the BS "The Chihuahua" should be nixed. Any objections? Xavic Kae 08:02, 23 December 2008 (UTC)

  • Yeah, I object. Why would you want to remove that link? jSarek 10:18, 23 December 2008 (UTC)
