Talk:Drain Knowledge
From Wookieepedia, the Star Wars wiki.
Is this really necessary? The only thing I can think of that's anywhere near this is Revan extracting the Rakatan language from them on their first meeting, but I thought that was an ability unique to Revan. Should this be deleted, or can a proper article be salvaged from it? 95 Headhunter 19:44, 21 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Seen only?
Can a source be listed if the power is not named, but only seen? I refer to the "Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight" example; the words "Drain Knowledge" are never said, but it is clearly what Jerec is doing in those scenes. -BaronGrackle 19:36, 19 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Used in Legacy: Broken, pt.2?
The description of this technique sounds strikingly similar to what Darth Talon had done to Elke Vetter in the aforementioned source. Is it possible this is the same ability? If so, it should be noted as such.
[edit] Name
Is there a source for this name? If not, it needs a conjecture tag. Havac 04:46, 1 May 2007 (UTC)
- Is there any source for the existence of such a separate, exactly defined force power at all? This sounds more like a combination of "simple" mind reading and memory manipulation by using the force. But I'm not a fan of calling every small use of the Force a separate "Force power" anyway, in my opinion those are just game mechanics needed for video and roleplaying games. --Craven 02:42, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
