If anyone's feeling ambitious/bored, they might want to look into cutting out the "Cold Civil War" section and splitting it up into a couple of seperate articles, perhaps one for each of the two major factions and another describing the situation itself. Jwebb13 04:20, 23 September 2006 (UTC)
