Sourcing info in the introEdit

According to sourcing guidelines, the only information that should be referenced in the intro is information that is not found elsewhere in the article. Thus, I have inserted a {{cite}} tag for three things: (1) The description of the Expansionist Era, (2) Nouane, and (3) The Gilagimar. The info should also be properly sourced in the Nouane and Gilagimar articles, as well, including related articles like Nouane (Allied Region), Nouane system, and Allied Region.
