[edit] Size
I've been using a pixel-to-metre method using the windows in that bridge area under the main guns to attempt to get rough length/height measurements. Not with the pic on this site, but with captures from movies in KOTOR 2, as they have the bridge windows in better view.
I'm getting a length/height estimate of about 214/37, and all of my estimates have been significantly above 150/20. Though my method is also conjecture, I would venture to suggest it may be more accurate. (22/12/2006) —Unsigned comment by 149.99.237.174 (talk • contribs).
This ship is obviously designed to be a corvette-type ship, so why is it labelled a cruiser? This causes a bit of confusion, because not only is the Consular-class referred to as a republic cruiser, there is a new ship from the Knights of the Old Republic comic series that actually appears to be a cruiser, that has the same designation. —Unsigned comment by 189.135.155.163 (talk • contribs).

I suggest we rename the article into Republic Blockade Runner. Still not 100% a final word, but since the game files name it that way, that's the most official word we have yet and more preferable than 'Republic Cruiser'. The conjecture tag should remain of course. MoffRebus 22:35, 5 July 2007 (UTC)
- I agree, but "Blockade Runner" should be decapitalized—therefore, Republic blockade runner. —Grand Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision)
