Talk:Force speed

Added in the part about wall-running, simply because I wasn't sure where else to put it. In the Jedi Knight II and Jedi Academy games, you needed Force Speed II or higher to run up walls. Similarly, the feat "Up the Walls" in the Hero's Guide required you to have Force Speed/Burst of Speed in order to use it.--LightWarden 15:32, 23 August 2006 (UTC)
Removed "It is notable though that Jedi Knight was released before the Matrix movies, while Outcast was released after those movies became popular and left a mark in popular fiction." since it isn't really notable-- super-speed powers have existed in fiction since The Flash of the 1940s and in myth since Ancient Greece. --68.58.123.201 23:02, 29 November 2008 (UTC)

How do we know Qui-Gon was using force speed to catch his tongue? Is it mentioned anywhere? It could have been simple pre-cog...? —Unsigned comment by 87.83.15.150 (talk • contribs).
I have to agree with the unsigned user. There's nothing to suggest that Qui-Gon was using Force Speed. In fact, it seems more likely that he was just taking advantage of the Jedi's amazing reflexes and precognitive abilities. Acora Z3RO 03:08, June 14, 2010 (UTC)
