In FOC these transports are used by the hutts on Hypori should we make note of this?

In the big black Star Wars Chronicles, it is said the pod is the shield generator, not a command pod. And if someone supposes they have just left it out, there must be said that this pod is too tiny for a crew to be in. I assume someone has written it's a command pod because it seems to look like that, but there's no source for that, am I right? How do you think of that? Change it?
