fresh draftEdit

I'm glad this page is getting updated; it was okay before now but a bit too brief and vague for me. I've been checking sources; the term does come up in a few more not listed, and I'd hate to just get all speculative. Also hate to criticize latest contribution prematurely -- appears plain that it's not meant to be final.
