Hermaphrodite
Edit
You mention that Gardulla "is the only famous Hutt with Feminine characteristics", but actually Huts have both male and female characteristics, depending on whether or not they are about to reproduce. —Unsigned comment by 24.15.21.56 (talk • contribs).
- Gardulla was the only famous Hutt with feminine charecteristics meaning she/he/it acted like a female not that she/he/it was one P.h 00:45, 20 January 2006 (UTC)p.h
- "you"? Why not correct it rather than just mention it on the talk page? --SparqMan 07:54, 20 January 2006 (UTC)

Death?
Edit
How did Gardulla die? I seem to remember her being eaten by a Krayt Dragon, but can anyone that has played Bounty Hunter recently add this part? Cull Tremayne 04:12, 17 April 2006 (UTC)
- The entry in The Completely Unofficial Star Wars Encyclopedia says that she didn't die. At the end it says "Also note that the Star Wars Databank indicates that Gardulla died on Tatooine some time after the Battle fo Naboo." I don't know of a source that indicates that she was still alive after the events of the game.--Darth Oblivion 15:59, 2 July 2006 (UTC)
- He did get eaten by a krayt dragon in the game bounty hunter (actually that is my favorite level and play that one the most). Here is a clip of gardulla's death from the video game "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kcccrFlTDa8". This video game also establishes how Jango Fett was selected to be the specimen for the clone army, so this video game takes place long before the clone wars even started. There is one more thing to cosider. In the novel "Agents of Chaos II: Jedi Eclipse" there is character named Gardulla the hutt the younger. Maybe it was this hutt that apeared in this episode.Carbon120 15:26, November 17, 2010 (UTC)
Quote
Edit
- "Gardulla controls lots of businesses on Tatooine and would prefer to control them all!"
- ―Aurra Sing (speaking in narrative context)
"Speaking in narrative context"? What does that mean? If it means it comes from "internal thoughts" in a narrative, we should replace it with a genuine quote. jSarek 07:57, 13 August 2006 (UTC)
Name
Edit
The name should be "Gardulla", and not "Gardulla the Elder".---Vladius Magnum(Clan Magnum)20px 22:10, 22 December 2006 (UTC)
- Except that there's two of them. jSarek 23:31, 22 December 2006 (UTC)
- Yup, nothing wrong with this name - helps disambig it from the other Gardulla - just like Greedo the Elder. QuentinGeorge 23:59, 22 December 2006 (UTC)
Clone Wars
Edit
The Clone Wars episode "Hunt for Ziro" features Gardulla alive and well, despite the Krayt dragon incident. Not only that, but the episode guide states she's acting as Jabba's representative, and her lair had Desilijic markings all over the place (the other four Hutt leaders had their own emblems). So apparently, this retcons her as being not only alive, but a member of Jabba's clan, and a subordinate of his, rather than a rival from another clan. Should we start incorporating this into the article? Eggmanland 07:16, November 13, 2010 (UTC)
- Only as much as is supported by official sources. She's definitely alive - Leland Chee confirmed it on his Twitter - but there might be any number of reasons why she might have been working for Jabba in the episode that don't force a retcon of her clan or their past enmity. jSarek 11:02, November 13, 2010 (UTC)
