does this article let something out? i think i remember that before meeting rendar, guri tried to get rid of her assassination protocols seeking out some sort of specialist to modify her programming. from what i recall, that specialist did also wipe memories of the various murders she comitted in xizor's name from her memory banks and thereby freed her from the past that haunted her. tis been a while since i read/played shadows of the empire, i think it was in the comic part though. i know someone who owns the comics, so i can find that out... does anyone else recall this or am i mixing it up with something? It was in a comic called Shadows of the Empire: Evolutions, and parts of Guri's memory were selectively wiped from her databanks. However, the skills were not wiped from here memory. -- SFH 00:33, 12 Jan 2006 (UTC)
ah, i see. so probably something worth to be added here... -- Edeas 00:35, 12 Jan 2006 (UTC)
An earlier incarnation of this article on Guri did mention her Memory Loss due to the reprogramming. But yes, her skills were always intact. Also the current article fails to mention how she was caught by the rebel. -- P
Is this a new image for Guri? It's a great pic, but I have no idea where it's from. Jwebb13 02:42, 22 September 2006 (UTC)
I believe it's from the Star Wars card game. --GenkiNeko 01:43, 2 February 2007 (UTC)
so would it be possible to make her into a real human? when it said that stuff about Xizor, does this mean she could reproduce?

No; she's a droid. She can't reproduce, but she can apparently, uh, simulate the cause of the effect, it seems - \\Captain Kwenn//— Ahoy! 20:19, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
I know this sounds a little weird, but do you think she and Dash could have gotten together. Relationship kind of thing?

It's not that unlikly after all she was givin human emotions and needs just like a real person, I belive she even has synthetic organs! - Awar 00:55, 13 March 2007 (UTC).
This doesn't really make sense: this definition would only make sense, when using absolute temperature. 36°C is 309.15K, so 10% lower would be 30.915K lower, or 30.915°C lower, which woul lead to a body temperature of 278.235K or 5.085°C. You can say, that the temperature in °C or in °F is 10% lower, but then it would be better to say i.e. the temperature is 3.6°C lower, because there is no real reason, why 0°C is defined as 273.15K. -80.108.234.164 12:39, 10 April 2007 (UTC)
When first coming to this article and seeing that picture of Guri, how many of you guys had the first thought: "I'd bang her!" ? —Unsigned comment by12.76.80.64 (talk • contribs).
I really don't like the current image. It looks like some random blonde woman rather than Guri, and I think that there are many better options out there. Unit 8311 20:03, 29 April 2007 (UTC)
I don't see the problem. Guri's a blond woman, so's the girl in the picture. And since promo photos beat drawings, it stays. Green Tentacle(Talk) 08:56, 30 April 2007 (UTC)
It does look different than the other images, though.Unit 8311 13:49, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
What she's wearing is pretty much the same as in the comic and described in the book. So in that way it's actually closer to the real Guri than the trading card pics. Green Tentacle(Talk) 15:00, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
Dude, Guri is a random blonde woman... robot.... thing :-P KEJ 13:50, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
Any info on who the model is portraying Guri in the promo photography? Plavalaguna 17:36, 11 May 2007 (UTC)
Unfortunately not. I've rummaged through the Internet trying to find her name but no luck. Green Tentacle(Talk) 17:42, 11 May 2007 (UTC)
sexy, and Miss star wars what next and where are all the pic with guri and savan? Master Gresh 21:37, 4 January 2009 (UTC)
In the last few pictures it looks like she's wearing a uniform from Judge Dredd
"Force Feedback"—Star Wars Gamer 6 is basically a mail response segment of the magazine. One letter mentions HRDs, and the editor responds by saying that Guri is essentially the pinnacle of HRDs, and most HRDs don't have super strength, etc. The editor goes on to say that HRDs are nearly identical to humans (or Trandoshans, should they be Trandoshan Replica Droids) on a near-cellular level. Take from that what you will. SinisterSamurai 20:27, July 20, 2010 (UTC)
