- Just some quick source-checks. To the best of my knowledge, shipyards at Gyndine feature only in the Mandell blueprints, which I believe are non-canon; also, I was under the impression that Gyndine was near, or even in, the Circapous system, and Bin Essada was a local governor. Evidence for Oversector and Grand Moff status would be greatly appreciated!! --McEwok 02:06, 14 Dec 2005 (UTC)
- He's still a Moff. Note the book says he was a regional governor Like Tarkin and also that HNN in Insider equated Moff and regional governor. Also, check the offical maps, Gyndine is NOT in Circarpous system, so he rules a sector at least.JustinGann 15:58, 14 Dec 2005 (UTC)
- From what you say, it seems highly probable that he's a Moff, I agree; but it's not explicitly stated, and note Baron D'Asta as an example of someone who governs a sector for the Empire but isn't a Moff. Does Essada wear uniform/insignia in the comic? I think we should be cautious until we have 100% proof; though that said, you've cleared up the system thing; and Jedi Eclipse says that Gyndine has a small shipyard, so I've adjusted that part of the article accordingly. --McEwok 16:10, 14 Dec 2005 (UTC)
