Talk:High Jedi General
From Wookieepedia, the Star Wars wiki.
Aayla Secura was SO a High Jedi General! She was in the Council and everything!!! --DarthCow--Talk| Email
- Unless a source says so, she wasn't a High Jedi General. Admiral J. Nebulax (talk) 23:21, 13 March 2006 (UTC)
- And I don't recall seeing her in the holo of Council members conversing with Yoda during the Battle of Kashyyyk. She was there when Windu suggested they might have to remove Palpatine, but that doesn't mean she was on the Jedi Council. -- SFH 23:59, 13 March 2006 (UTC)
- Exactly; she wasn't on the Council. Admiral J. Nebulax (talk) 00:02, 14 March 2006 (UTC)
- Huh.
- Yeah, she wasn't on the Council or a High Jedi General. Admiral J. Nebulax (talk)

[edit] Kit Fisto
Was Kit Fisto a Senior or High General? It has him for both. DarkShroud 20:23, 23 May 2006 (UTC)
- I'd say High Jedi General, since he was on the Council. Fleet Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision)

[edit] obi-wan wasn't on the council
obi wan wasn't on the council so why is the article saying you needed to be on the council
- You did see Episode III, right? -- SFH 04:23, 7 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] anakin
in one of the books i read anakin was reffered to as Commander Skywalker not general. Ugluk 00:56, 29 August 2006 (UTC)
- He was probably still a Padawan in...whichever book you're referring to. When he was promoted to Jedi Knight, he became a General. Whether he became a High General upon appointment to the Council in Episode III is not clear. 71.203.209.0 09:13, 26 February 2007 (UTC)
- Anakin Skywalker might have been a Senior Jedi General, which means he was beneath the other Jedi High Council members even in militarty rank. --68.224.247.53 00:34, 25 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Generals in particular
Okay, so we all know that, according to ORBAT, there should be ten High Jedi Generals and twenty Senior Jedi Generals. BUT being on the Council doesn't automatically make you a High General! Right? Ki-Adi-Mundi was in charge of the Galactic Marines - a corps division, and corps are led by a Clone Marshal Commander and a Jedi General. High Jedi Generals are in charge of Systems Armies. Mace Windu led Systems Army Alpha - he's a confirmed High General. In a similar way, Luminara Unduli and CC-1004 led the 41st Elite (a legion, and legions are led by a Senior Clone Commander and a Jedi General), thus she cannot be a Senior Jedi General, even though she is a Jedi Master. Ry-Gaul led the 2nd Sector Army - he's a confirmed Senior Jedi General. You see where I'm coming from. Any thoughts? ~~grobiano~~
[edit] extra 2
If there is only 10 system armies, which the HJG command, there would be two extra HJGs left with out a system army, what would they command?--Kyronix 13:23, 26 March 2009 (UTC)
It's possible that they worked with other HJGs and had joint command of those specific Systems Armies. WILDEYE N-25 02:30, 27 March 2009 (UTC)
- I say there never were 12 High Jedi Generals. There were 10. Where, if I may ask, does it say that every Council member was a High General? Makashi Flourish 19:02, 27 July 2009 (UTC)
