Below Grand Moff
Edit
This article originally stated that High Moff seems to have been one step above Grand Moff; however, the instance we know of this is where Veed was promoted to High Moff following the victory at Caamas and subsequently to Grand Moff later on. It stands to reason that Veed would be promoted rather than demoted to Grand Moff from High Moff, therefore I changed the article to reflect this. Further, High Moff being below Grand Moff seems reasonable when compared with the rest of the Imperial rank hierarchy. For instance, the Navy ranks have High Admiral below Grand Admiral. If this is a pattern (and so it seems to be since Veed was promoted from High Moff to Grand Moff), then it stands that perhaps the level of authority goes from "High" to "Grand" to "Supreme" (as is the case in the little-known rank of Supreme Moff).--SOCLcomm 16:49, 29 May 2007 (UTC)
AFAIK, no one has ever confirmed that Jag Fel is High Moff. In OUTCAST, he is only described as "Head of State" and in an executive position. He doesn't seem to be a Moff or in any military position, just Head of State. In Veed's time, I would think that "High Moff" is just a "first among equals" designation within the Moff Council, to represent the interests of all the other Moffs if they cannot be present.
I agree with the post above. Jagged Fel being a High Moff is fanon at best. The Jag references ought to be removed from the article.--84.158.239.68 17:13, 20 May 2009 (UTC)
Is there any source that states Jagged Fel was a High Moff? Otherwise I'll remove that paragraph and his name from the list. DS--84.158.244.109 17:50, 26 August 2009 (UTC)
