Homeworld
Edit
According to Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Visual Guide Ultimate Battles, Hondo's homeworld is Sriluur. 65.34.3.78 13:50, September 5, 2009 (UTC)
- But according to the Season 1 Box Set, his homeworld is unkown... Alexrd 14:22, December 2, 2009 (UTC)
Hondo in Season 2?
Edit
I watched the commentary of Duchess of Mandalore, and indeed Hondo appears in it for a view brief seconds fighting against a Jedi, perhaps Anakin Skywalker, I'm not sure of it. This means he will appear in second season of TCW. Season three is not likely, since the animation looked like it was (nearly) completed. I got the image of him to proof it's Hondo and not somebody else, although it's crappy. —Jawaman Hondo is back! 18:14, February 18, 2010 (UTC)
- That in no way means his appearance is confirmed. It could be a deleted scene for all we know, which is why we don't assume without direct confirmation. CC7567 (talk) 19:05, February 18, 2010 (UTC)
- This is funny, no offence CC...be more open-minded, what if me and Jawaman are right and the captain does return. But indeed I agree with Jawaman. Jawaman, dude, Hondo will be back! BTW I pointed out this clue a week ago. To really shake things - let us look at the character list on tvb.com, where most of the sources for season 2 stuff on Wookiepedia come from! If you look at the Non-Partisan Characters list you will see three people returning from season 1 - Bane, Aura Sing and Hondo Ohnaka, all the rest are new guys. So we saw Bane in the first three episodes of season 2 , Aura is featured in all ads about "Rise of the bounty hunters" and she will appear. And to be correct in these lists (all of the clone wars on tvb.com) ONLY CHARACTERS APPEARING IN SEASON 2 ARE FEATURED IN THE LISTS. And Hondo is one of them! So let's celebrate, Jawaman, the pirate is going to strike back! --Dangrievous 14:35, February 20, 2010 (UTC)
- "Open minded" in your mind is speculation. Here on Wookieepedia, we take the time to wait for information to be directly confirmed; otherwise, it is "canon" only in our minds. CC7567 (talk) 18:35, February 20, 2010 (UTC)
- You're right, Dangrievous. I hadn't noticed it yet, but indeed the list of characters on TVB.com is only for Season 2 characters and Hondo Ohnaka is on that list. This means and confirms the fact that Ohnaka will appear in Season 2. So, I suggest we add The Clone Wars: Season Two to the appearances section of Ohnaka's article, until it is confirmed in which episode of Season 2 he will appear. —Jawaman Don't worry. Hondo will be back. 13:51, February 28, 2010 (UTC)
- This "deductive reasoning" is not working. If he's not directly confirmed, then he isn't' confirmed. Please stop trying to make this more complicated than it needs to be. CC7567 (talk) 20:32, February 28, 2010 (UTC)
- Why is Hondo on that list then, if he is not to appear in Season Two? —Jawaman Want to buy a used droid? 17:30, March 1, 2010 (UTC)
- Ask the website. Nothing can change that Hondo isn't officially or directly confirmed for an appearance in Season Two. Be patient and wait for something to actually do so. CC7567 (talk) 17:38, March 1, 2010 (UTC)
- I would only recommend that we wait for that episode's official episode guide. Currently, Hondo isn't confirmed to appear in a Season Two episode. JangFett (Talk) 17:42, March 1, 2010 (UTC)
- TVB is a confirmed and official international broadcaster of TCW. The character/ship listings on that site are confirmed to be for Season Two only, not season one. Therefore, if Hondo Ohnaka is on that list, and he is. Then it is confirmed. If that list was shown on SW.com, nobody would have any problem putting Season two in his appearances, even if it wasn't specified which episode. The information on TVB is official and was provided to them, as an officially licensed broadcaster of the show, by Lucasfilm Animation. There is no reason this shouldn't go in now and then augmented when we have an specific episode. - JMAS

- It won't kill anyone to wait for something more official and better licensed to confirm it, and my point still stands. Patience is a virtue. CC7567 (talk) 18:22, March 1, 2010 (UTC)
- Yes, your opinion still stands. But it holds less water than the other arguments. TVB had to have been provided the information by Lucasfilm or LF Animation. You cannot get "more official" than that. This is why we have spoiler tags, and in nice bold letters right at the top of the Main Page it says "Warning: this wiki contains spoilers." Other spoiler information has been included with less substantial "proof" or official confirmation. It does not detract from the accuracy of the article to put the information in the article. I'm sorry but you have no argument. - JMAS
Hey, it's me! 19:06, March 1, 2010 (UTC)
- Actually, the episode guide is more official than that website, JMAS. We may not know if something listed on that website is subject to change in the future episodes. I suggest that we wait for the episode guides. JangFett (Talk) 19:08, March 1, 2010 (UTC)
- Info on SW.com is just as likely to change as on TVB or Cartoon Network or NRK, or any of the other officially licensed broadcaster websites. - JMAS
Hey, it's me! 19:13, March 1, 2010 (UTC)
- Why is it so big of a problem to just add "The Clone Wars: Season Two" to the appearances-section? It's one simple line, not that we have to rewrite the entire article. And what's the problem with TVB.com, it's an official broadcaster site and just as reliable as SW.com. —Jawaman Utinni! 17:02, March 5, 2010 (UTC)
- We were right! He will appear in Bounty Hunters. ;-) —Jawaman Hondo is really back! 19:14, March 15, 2010 (UTC)

"Cleanup?"
Edit
This seems like a pretty detailed page, with the content keeping within Wookiepedia's content guidelines. Why is the "Cleanup" tag still at the top of the page? --Promus Kaa(Rebel Merchant) 25px 10:14, December 13, 2010 (UTC)
- Until it exhibits proper sourcing and complies with all of Wookieepedia's other policies, the article is in need of work. You are welcome to work on it if you see fit. :) CC7567 (talk) 05:31, December 14, 2010 (UTC)
Hondo a Yuuzhan Vong creature??
Edit
in Star Wars: Invasion -Rescues #3 we can see some yuuzhan vong mutated creatures, and among them we can see the figure of Hondo, i´m sure that it´s a reference for collin wilson to draw that picture, but i think that i could be interesting to put that info on Hondo´s page.
i´m about to post the picture but wookieepedia don´t let me do that, just check the pag 16 of the comic —Unsigned comment by Samayel (talk • contribs).
