Slapped an ambig on this to avoid controversy. -- SFH 00:22, 15 May 2006 (UTC)
- Not ambig, from a published canon source, said to be canon by Leland Chee himself. —Jaymach Ral'Tir (talk) 00:24, 15 May 2006 (UTC)
- You mean we have finally learned Yoda's master? And he trained on Dagobah??? (Begins breathing quickly, foams at the mouth, and collapses in giddy delight). -- SFH 00:26, 15 May 2006 (UTC)
- It would appear so, until contradicted by another source anyway. :) —Jaymach Ral'Tir (talk) 00:27, 15 May 2006 (UTC)
- Wasn't it stated that Yoda didn't know about Dagobah before the Bpfassh incident? It says so on the Yoda's species page anyway. Charlii 21:09, 15 May 2006 (UTC)
- I honestly don't think that was said, but I'll try to look into it. The only thing I can find that may or may not contradict that is a quote from Star Wars: Complete Locations:
- Wasn't it stated that Yoda didn't know about Dagobah before the Bpfassh incident? It says so on the Yoda's species page anyway. Charlii 21:09, 15 May 2006 (UTC)

- "Yoda knew of Dagobah long before he chose it as a place of exile."
- ―Star Wars: Complete Locations, page 151
- He may have known about it. He had just never been there.
Resemblance with Thisspiasians
Edit
These species closely resemble the Thisspiasians in my eyes, they're just a Thisspiasian without all the facial hair. Master Secura
- They resemble the Sluissi also. —Jaymach Ral'Tir (talk) 18:45, 15 May 2006 (UTC)
- Hmm . . . Dagobah IS in the Sluis Sector . . . jSarek 00:40, 17 May 2006 (UTC)
- I was thinking that too, the only differences are the lack of facial hair and extra set of eyes. Cire Yeldarb 02:21, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
Dagobah
Edit
I checked around, but can't find a confirmation for planet of origin. Where does it say that Dagobah was the homeworld for this species? - Angel Blue 451 00:45, 18 August 2006 (UTC)
- Didn't Leland Chee say it could be a different swamp planet?--Darth Oblivion 15:54, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
Well, I looked at his page, and it doesn't really say it was Dagobah. I think we should remove that part until we know for sure. - Angel Blue 451 15:56, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
- Does anything say that they originated on Dagobah.--Darth Oblivion 16:07, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
- I've been able to find nothing. I looked for a databank entry, but they don't have one. I removed it for the time being, until a source is found that says they are from Dagobah. - Angel Blue 451 16:09, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
- So if there is no evidence they came from Dagobah or not, it should say unknown until there is some. If it isn't Dagobah it can just be left unknown unless they name the planet.--Darth Oblivion 16:21, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
- That's what I'm saying. I set the Planet of Origin to Unknown. - Angel Blue 451 16:23, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
- That's odd. So did I. Usually if two people are editing at the same time it that Editing Conflict page comes up. Well, as long as its taken care of.--Darth Oblivion 16:33, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
- Yeah. I think this is as good a resolution as any. - Angel Blue 451 16:42, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
- Actually, I've read the original article source, from the mag, and it said this Jedi Master trained Yoda on his (the Master's) homeworld of Dagobah, indicating at LEAST the Master himself is a Dagobah native, which might indicate his whole species is (although they could be a colony).JustinGann 10:52, 3 September 2007 (UTC)
