Talk:Iguni

He looks like something out of some anime that lasted, like, a week... Rodtheanimegod4ever 19:36, 3 February 2007 (UTC)
The idea that some Padawan would be able to see a vision of Anakin joining the Sith and not tell anyone is ridiculous.
Why does this article say that he was Mace's padawan? Nothing in the comic says this. Iguni does say that he's studying under Mace, but in context this could be referring to nothing more than that he frequently spars with Mace during lightsaber training.
Think.
Iguni was supposedly ONlY a padawan-lvl Jedi, while Anakin was a Jedi Knight who had made a name for himself in the Clone Wars. Do you think the Masters would have taken him seriously if he went about to reveal what he knew? For all we know, the Jedi Council would have just probably shrugged it off. They have this habit of overlooking all those minor details. No one would believe that the Chosen One would fall to the dark side: even Yoda did not forsee it.
Furthermore, it could be that Iguni was too stunned with the vision to do anything.
One thing about the Star Wars Manga which i really appreciate is the degree of humanity they add into the characters: you often see canon characters acting out very pre-defined roles which become stale after awhile. And yet in the Manga, we have characters like Iguni and Tao who go through a whole lot of inner conflict which often do a very good job in making the reader empathize with them.
