The guard on the right side of the picture looks very much like the Imperial Royal Guard. Has it been mentioned anywhere, that these are indeed the Sith red guards? Neterwan 15:33, January 16, 2010 (UTC)
- I don't think there's been confirmation, but it's probably very likely. Not only is he dressed in a similar set of armor to those of the later Guards, but he's also carrying a staff-like weapon and that seems to be the second trademark of the Royal Guard, as Palpatine's version used the long Force Pikes and his Sentinels used Vibroaxes with extended hafts. The armor is also crimson, which is a Sith color, so I'd say so. But we'll wait till it's official canon or until the game is released because if they are Sith Royal Guards then we'll most definitely see them on Dromuud Kaas. - Ok, according to Blood of the Empire Issue #2, the warriors are confirmed to be the Sith Royal Guard. Apprentice Teneb Kel disembarks a speeder and a red armored figure comes up to him and tells him that the Dark Council is waiting. The next panel is Teneb giving orders to a zoomed in view of the Red Guard's helmet and Kel finishes by saying "Do you understand, Guardsman?"
