Should we assume that these guys are the same as AT-AT drivers we see in TESB?
No, these are AT-ST pilots.--General Antilles 14:40, 27 January 2006 (UTC)
- Well, clearly the picture is of an AT-ST pilot. What I'm asking is if we should assume that they were trained like the Clone pilots to handle a wide variety of vehicles? --SparqMan 16:16, 27 January 2006 (UTC)
I read somewhere that AT-AT pilots would normally wear what we saw AT-ST pilots wear in ROTJ. The reason they didn't was because they were embarked in a vacuum environment and deployed through atmosphere where an emergency in such hazardous environments could require the survival suits they wore. The AT-ST pilots were supposedly wearing the same thing due to the identical conditions. On Endor, they were without the survival suits due to being in garrison with a breathable atmosphere. Has anyone else read this? I'll see if I can't lock down the source of this, I remember seeing it quite a while ago unfortunately. I hope its not fanon. Semith 02:36, 16 July 2007 (UTC)
- I haven't read it, but it does seem very likely. —Grand Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision)

- The only place I have read about that is on the Imperial Army Uniforms page on the STAR WARS Technical Commentaries site.--Znieh 18:21, April 25, 2012 (UTC)
