What's the deal?
Edit
whats the deal with the rancor anyway? —Unsigned comment by 69.141.94.180 (talk • contribs).
- Another pointless discussion based on someone's opinion... Fleet Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision)

Move
Edit
Can we move this to Jabba's Rancor? Capital R being the difference. Chack Jadson 11:57, 17 October 2006 (PDT)
- Why? --Imp 19:29, 17 October 2006 (UTC)
- Oh. Never mind. I thought rancor was capitalized. Sorry about that. Chack Jadson 13:50, 17 October 2006 (PDT)
Conjecture tag
Edit
Can I remove the conjecture tag? It's unnecessary and just looks ugly. In the absence of a known proper name for the creature, "Jabba's rancor" is a perfectly respectable name for the article. I think this is another case of the "in-universe attestation" standard being carried to a ludicrous extreme (see also: Yoda's species article name debate. *eyeroll*)--Valin Kenobi 08:11, 4 November 2006 (UTC)
- Never mind, I swapped it out for the "nickname" tag, which serves essentially the same purpose, only better.--Valin Kenobi 08:31, 4 November 2006 (UTC)
- I don't think the name is conjectural. Maybe Jabba didn't name the rancor. The corpsey article has a conjectural name. Because there is a very small chance an ewok is called corpsey. Jabba's rancor sounds fine. But I won't get rid of the message without asking the administrators first.--Windu223 17:50, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
Victims
Edit
There should be a list of all the people known to be eaten by the rancor (If its not too long) (Which is probably is). —Unsigned comment by Tinminer (talk • contribs).
