Kalani destroyed in Kyber Crystal Explosion?[]

Hi I'm wondering that since Kalani was on the Seperatist Supply Ship was he also destroyed in the explosion? I'm curious, since he was last seen in the main deck when Grievous is going after Obi-wan and Anakin for the Crystal, and on top of that he was not seen escaping via escape shuttle so I would persummed he was destroyed in the explosion?--Doofenshmirtz95 (talk) 03:23, April 14, 2015 (UTC)

Is Kalani ever mentioned by name in "The Big Bang"? If not, he could very well still be alive, as the tactical droid in "The Big Bang" doesn't have much to distinguish it as Kalani besides the orange sensors and the dark green color.

His name was listed in the end credits for "The Big Bang", so it is Kalani.--Doofenshmirtz95 (talk) 03:26, January 9, 2016 (UTC)

Ah, okay. To answer your question, Kalani may have escaped, as past episodes he appeared in portrayed him as quite intelligent (at least for a droid). Whether or not he had a sense of self preservation, I'm not sure. Assuming he did, he may very well have evacuated the ship prior to the explosion.

Not quite, their were no escape shuttles/ships that saw most of the droids and Kalani escaping from the Kyber Crystal blast, not to mention that we last saw him on the main deck when Grievous is going after Obi-wan and Anakin for the Crystal.

Kalani present in "Sacrifice"?[]

Though his article claims it's him, if you look closely at the super tactical droid that speaks to Dooku in the final episode "Sacrifice," of Season 6 the markings on the droid are actually that of General Kalani and not Commander Kraken. Kalani also has deeper orange optical sensors as opposed to Kraken, whose optical sensors are more yellow. The end credits also do not identify him as Kraken, it just identifies him as "Tactical Droid." So even if it cannot be confirmed that it is Kalani (even though the markings are identical), it can't be confirmed that its the tactical droid Kraken (which seems more unlikely given that each one seems to have unique markings). Has anyone else examined this? I'm about 90% sure that I am correct. --SUPCOM0356 (talk) 07:03, February 19, 2016 (UTC)
