Jedi Exile reference
Edit
I've noticed someone going through the site and altering all gender references of the Jedi Exile to "she" or "her." I recommend someone change it to read just "the Exile" or something like that, in order to make the character gender neutral. Seeing as how it was up to the individual playing the game, as to whether the Exile was played as a male or female character. This would solve any future problems with this. - The Jedi Exile has been canonized as female, as per The New Essential Guide to Droids. I'm just getting frustrated with this. Everyone hates Revan being a guy, and everyone hates the Exile being a girl. God. -- SFH 05:35, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
Behind the scenes
Edit
I don't think there is any correlation between the name and the biscuit (in Hungarian, it also means that, but is spelled 'keksz'). Anyway, I'd delete this section.--Domlith 17:03, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
- Yes, it's probably deletable. But it's also true that whenever I met Kex I thought of a little biscuit (it was funny because he wanted to give the impression that he's tough), so I was kind of glad to see that I wasn't the only one who thought of it. I don't know if the word meaning had any influence on his naming, though. VictoryClassWoman 20:26, 10 May 2007 (UTC)
- Why delete it? I laughed the first time I saw that name in the game, being Icelandic. SarimThiri 11:09, 2 June 2008 (UTC)
Species
Edit
Presumably he was HUMAN - like Canderous Ordo and the others - the Mandalorian species was extinct by the time. (Only their culture survived like that of the Sith species). Therefore I changed the species.--Domlith 16:54, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
- But Mandalore the ultimate was a Taung (original Mandalorian species), so they're not extinct. just less common. Also, we have no way of knowing what species he is; though given his posture and body shape, he's probably either human or near-human (Most likely a Taung, a human). And he wasn't born on Dxun; it should be "unknown".--Logan Felipe 18:05, 4 May 2007 (UTC)
