[edit] Source
I can't find the source for most of this background. Care to give a source Mr Anon? QuentinGeorge 21:11, 14 Jun 2005 (UTC)
- Well, it's in the Databank, for one. The character, that is. Some of the information here may still be fanon. --Imperialles 21:14, 14 Jun 2005 (UTC)
- I know the character is real, but she only appears in two sources: The comic Open Seasons and the video game Bounty Hunter. And I own both of these and have no idea where the rest of this crap comes from. QuentinGeorge 05:57, 15 Jun 2005 (UTC)
- The idea that Ventress uses Vosa's blades comes from thelightsaber.com - i.e. it's fanon. I don't think her age or birthyear has been confirmed either - Kwenn

- If it's fanon, shouldn't it be removed? This is an encyclopedia, after all, and such unsupported speculations don't have a place in in-universe articles or sections, in my opinion. - Angel Blue 451 16:20, 6 Dec 2005 (UTC)
- Actually, the lightsaber bit comes from Leland Chee. QuentinGeorge 19:59, 6 Dec 2005 (UTC)
- Ah, I wasn't aware of that. Thelightsaber is chock full of fanon material, I just assumed that was another user-made embellishment - Kwenn

[edit] Death
Doesn't Jango kill Vosa in Bounty Hunter?--Rossdaboss99 14:22, 4 June 2006 (UTC)
- Jango severely injured her. Dooku force-choked her as he walked in, right after she said "He is here."--Darth Oblivion 16:08, 2 July 2006 (UTC)
There is no proof of this, from what we know Fett killed her.BobafettH23 01:31, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
- No, Dooku force chokes her, it's pretty clear in the game. --Sauron18 02:52, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
- Rewatching my mpeg, it's not explicitly stated and Dooku isn't gesturing or anything. But...it looks like a force-choke to me, Especially since she seems to think she can be taken alive. The soundtrack and motions does not seem to be a natural death from her woundsYrfeloran 03:35, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
- Oh boy...some people sure are thick. You can hear her throat snapping...thats not natural from her wounds. And it's the exact same sound effect used when Vader is snapping Captain Antillies and when Revan is choking the republic officer. --RedemptionTalk

- Indeed, I'm telling you (anyone still skeptic), I've watched that scene a ton of times on a tv, it's definetley Dooku, you can hear the "force vibrations" or whatever you wanna call it as well as the typical noises of a force choke. Dooku killed her. --Sauron18 03:54, 27 July 2006 (UTC)

After going back through the game it does sound like he his using a force-choke. I guess you guys were right. But I still have a question Vosa is seen talking to that skull creature, has anyone gotten his name, and also did he survive?BobafettH23 14:57, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
- No name. Just some unnamed Bando Gora captain. I doubt he survived. And if he did, then he'd just be wandering around Kolhoma for the rest of his life since presumbly, the Bando Gora collapsed at Vosa's sudden death, as well as their underworld contacts. --
- His article's at Mysterious Scene Stealer (name from outtake scene featuring him). No idea about either. I don't know what happened to him.Yrfeloran 02:58, 12 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Komari Vosa feelings

- Where did you get that idea from? Unit 8311 09:43, 3 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Why was my image deleted?
Several minutes ago I uploaded a very rare image of Komari Vosa that was part of the Concept Art section on LucasArts' now retired Star Wars: Bounty Hunter page. It depicted Vosa during her youth before her fall to the Dark Side, and as such I thought it would be prudent to share such a find with the rest of the Star Wars community. However the image was not only removed by deleted by the user Ranveer2 who left no explanation as to why. I put all of the required criteria on the image (description, source, licensing, etc.). Can someone please explain to me what was wrong? AngelOfIron 22:08, 29 August 2009 (UTC)
- At this point, any images that come from one of the defunct LucasArts sites require some kind of corroboration. That image couldn't be found on IGN or GameSpot, so there's no proof it comes from where you say it comes from or that it depicts what you say it depicts. -- Darth Culator (Talk) 22:16, 29 August 2009 (UTC)
- Alright, that make sense. Sorry if I caused any sort of fuss.AngelOfIron 18:46, September 3, 2009 (UTC)
