here is another tidbit from the Vanity Fair article regarding THE FORCE UNLEASHED video game:

>The prologue allows the gamer to play Darth Vader, who has gone to Kashyyyk, the Wookiee home planet, to hunt down a recalcitrant Jedi.

So speculation that this renegade Jedi is Quinlan Vos seems spot on especially considering that the leader of the team designing the video game is Haden Blackman who has written several Star Wars: Republic comics and Quinlan was last seen on Kashyyyk.

In addition, this also lends substantial credence to the notion that Vader's Secret Apprentice is Korto Vos. It is conceivable that Vader hunts down and kills Quinlan only to find Quinlan's child Korto, and raises the boy as his own, twisted apprentice.

You heard it hear first.

Just heard it on a commercial on Spike TV. Darth Vader first finds his apprentice on Kashyyyk. It has also been stated that the apprentice is the son of a jedi. Put one and one together.

Well, Quinlan Vos is still alive in 5 BBY and Korto Vos problably went the the Jedi Praxeum. Think about it. And by the way the apprentice is named Galen Marek and the dead Jedi Father is Kento Marek. Korto would have been 29 or 28 at the time of the opening of the Praxeum.

Vos on the NJO era? Edit

in the issue #5 of Invasion appears a prowler in Nar Shadda (place that is where the Vos family moved in the final issue of Republic) and the prowler clearly have the gift of the pyschometry (and he can apply that on living beings, just like Quinlan), because after touch Finn he knows his name, and the prowler also have a lightsaber on his belt, and later on the same issue, appears an holocron with pyramidal shape, just like the Quinlan´s holocron... did you have noticed that? i don´t know if he´s Quinlan or Korto, but it smells that the Vos family will made his glorious return on the Yuuzhan Vong war --186.105.186.171 09:35, February 1, 2010 (UTC)Samayel
